Department & Revenue Growth

Goal: Round out the creative success in social media by establishing an operational strategy with an aim to articulating client and company ROI.

Details: After years of change, EP+Co. needed leadership to establish a roadmap for growth, identify talent gaps and elevate agency-wide channel expertise.

I established processes that empowered the internal teams to advocate for a social strategy with new and existing accounts, emboldened clients to deepen their investment in the channel, and ensured the right talent was hired to fill the specific needs across the business.


Performance:

  • 10 New clients & $30m in additional revenue

  • Privacy, efficiency, and quality assurance process formalized

  • Directly grew department from 1 social manager to a team of 12 strategists and oversaw entire department including creative and production of nearly 50

Flip the Funnel

Goal: ARI was a historically cold-call-heavy organization. Faced with staffing challenges, and a dwindling prospect pool, the in-house marketing team needed to find smart, efficient ways to identify, nurture and convert leads.

Details: I was charged with identifying enterprise CRM solutions that would empower the organization to segment, nurture, and catalog prospects/customers. Once vetted, I implemented Microsoft Dynamics, immediately setting up nurture streams based on customer behaviors and predictive models delivering personalized content with an aim to convert.


Performance:

  • Increased online conversions month over month for two years straight

  • Drove $7.5m+ in new revenue

  • Increased engagement rates/open rates by as much as 300%

  • Decreased call frequency to convert by 3x in 3 months

Diversity & Inclusion

Goal: EP+Co. and Bader Rutter were at various stages in their goal to become inclusive, equitable, and inherently diverse organizations seeking leadership to help align values with action.

Details: I served as a D&I Committee lead at both organizations, working with leadership to create core values, identify research/survey mechanics to establish benchmarks, and curate thought leadership on key topics to elevate the internal cultural index.


Performance:

This work is aligned with my own values but ultimately is measured by the determinedness of an organization to uproot cultural, racial, and gender bias.
